We are pleased to report that, today, July 6, 2022, during the Azat Miftakhov Days Against the War human rights panel, Professor Barry Mazur announced that the Harvard University chapter of Scholars at Risk awarded Azat Miftakhov a Scholars at Risk Fellowship. The fellowship provides scholars, who are facing political persecution in their home countries, with funding to pursue research at Harvard for up to ten months. We hope that Azat will be able to use this opportunity after his release.
